Look around your home for a moment.
The artwork and portraits you choose to display often tell the story of your life. There may be portraits of your children as they grew, photographs of parents and grandparents, wedding portraits, family milestones, or meaningful pieces that remind you of people and moments you never want to forget.
These are the things we give a permanent place in our homes because they matter to us.
For so many of us, our pets belong in that story too.
They are there for the ordinary days and the important ones. They greet us when we come home, grow alongside our children, become part of our routines, and somehow find their way into nearly every chapter of family life.
At Bina Photography, I believe fine art pet portraits deserve the same consideration we give to the portraits of the other people we love.
Because your pet isn't simply part of your home.
They're part of your family.
We don't display portraits of our children or grandparents simply because we want to remember what they looked like.
We display them because of what they mean to us.
A child's portrait may remind us of a stage that disappeared far too quickly. A portrait of a grandparent can bring back a lifetime of memories in a single glance. A wedding portrait represents the beginning of a chapter that changed everything.
The meaning is in the relationship.
I believe the same is true of pet portrait artwork.
When I create a portrait of your pet, my goal isn't simply to document their appearance. I want to preserve their presence, their personality, and the little details that make them unmistakably themselves.
The expression you recognize immediately.
The way they hold their ears.
The confidence in their posture.
The softness in their eyes.
Years from now, those details may carry more meaning than you can imagine today.
For many families, there isn't just one beloved pet.
There may be two dogs who have been inseparable for years. A dog and cat who somehow became best friends. A younger pet who arrived later and completely changed the dynamic of the household. Or several animals, each with a personality so different that it's difficult to imagine the family without any one of them.
Those relationships deserve to be preserved too.
During a multiple-pet portrait session, I can create portraits of your animals together as well as individual portraits that allow each personality to have its own moment.
The individual portraits celebrate who they are.
The portraits together preserve something else—the relationship they share.
Years later, that distinction can become incredibly meaningful.
You may remember how one was always the leader and the other happily followed. How they slept beside each other. How one brought endless energy while the other watched the chaos unfold with quiet patience.
Those dynamics are part of your family's story.
And just as you might display a portrait of all your children together while also having individual portraits of each child, your pets can be celebrated both as individuals and as part of the family they've created together.
Every home and every family is different, and the artwork we create should reflect that. Some families are drawn to one dramatic statement portrait, while others envision a gallery wall featuring several expressions, multiple pets, or a collection that grows throughout their pet’s lifetime.
Following your portrait session, you’ll return to Bina Photography for a private selection appointment. This is the first time you’ll see your portraits fully refined and thoughtfully presented. Together, we’ll choose the pieces that speak to you most and design how they will live within your home—from fine art prints and statement wall pieces to handcrafted albums.
Your collection doesn’t have to be created all at once. In fact, there is something incredibly meaningful about allowing it to evolve alongside your pet’s life journey.
It may begin with the curiosity and playful energy of puppydom. Years later, another portrait may capture the confidence and familiar personality of adulthood. As the senior years arrive, the expressions may become quieter and more reflective, carrying with them the story of everything you’ve experienced together.
For families with more than one pet, that story becomes even richer. Individual portraits celebrate each pet’s unique personality, while portraits created together preserve the relationships between the animals who shared your home and became part of your family.
Eventually, we reach a chapter we wish we could postpone forever. THE FOREVER LOVED SESSIONS honor the ones who are no longer physically by our side, but never truly leave us. The artwork created throughout their lives takes on an even deeper meaning, preserving their presence, personality, and the connection you shared.
Much like the portraits of our children, parents, grandparents, weddings, and other important milestones, these pieces become part of our family history.
From puppydom to Forever Loved, each portrait preserves a chapter. Together, they become a visual legacy of a life shared and deeply loved—artwork that ensures their story, their presence, and their place within your family remain with you.
I create fine art pet portraits for Denver-area families who want to celebrate their pets with artwork as meaningful and individual as the animals themselves.
Bina Photography welcomes families from Cherry Hills Village, Bow Mar, Centennial, Castle Rock, Sterling Ranch, Sedalia, and communities throughout the Denver Metro Area and surrounding Colorado communities for a personalized studio portrait experience.
Whether your family includes one beloved companion or a home filled with different personalities, the purpose remains the same: to create custom pet portrait artwork that reflects who they are and the place they hold within your family.
Because when we choose what deserves a place on the walls of our homes, we choose the people, relationships, and memories that tell our story.
Our children.
Our parents and grandparents.
The milestones that changed our lives.
And the pets who were there beside us through it all.
They are family.
And they belong in the art that fills your home.
